As you know, FRI is changing the face of our community through our neighborhood restoration efforts and our vision for the complete economic revitalization of Far East Dallas. Our dreams to bring quality amenities into our community, like the $8.5M White Rock Hills Library (opened 2012) and the land acquisition for the first Regional Recreation Wellness Center (land secured 2009), continue to progress.
