Applications now available!
Applications are now available for the February 7, 2015 Dallas Junior Police Academy Advanced Class for students in the 8th, 9th and 10th grades.
The application is available at dallasjpa.org/application and at dallaspolice.net. The class will be held at the Dallas Police Headquarters located at 1400 South Lamar, Dallas, Texas 75214. Complete applications should be sent to Sgt. Cheryl Cornish.

The class will accommodate 30 students. The classes usually fill up in 7-10 days, so please send your completed application in as soon as possible. Applications are accepted in the order received, and every student will go through a Dallas Police background check. You will be notified when the student’s application has been accepted to participate in the Dallas Junior Police Academy. If you have NOT been notified, your child is not to attend this class. You will need to reapply for the next class. If you are accepted and cannot attend, it is very important to let us know. A “no show” means another student that is on the waiting list is unable to attend the class.

We will have an BASIC Dallas Junior Police Academy class in March for students in the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th grades. The application for that class will be available in early February 2015.
