FRI residents, community, and city leaders gathered on Saturday, December 1 to break ground on the new White Rock Hills Park. Phase I of the future White Rock Hills Community Recreation Center Project is underway! Things are moving and dirt is flying! This project, at 2229 Highland Road has been a dream of Ferguson Road Initiative for many years.
