Sanitation Services is now on Nextdoor!
Starting today, Sanitation Services will be utilizing Nextdoor to better communicate the services that Sanitation provides and to foster neighbor-to-neighbor communications. Nextdoor is a tool for us to effectively share information pertaining to Brush & Bulk Set Out Days, recycling collection events, holiday collection schedules, recycling tips, and emergency notifications.
Speaking of EMERGENCY NOTIFICATIONS:
Due to hazardous conditions on area streets and alleys garbage, recycling and bulk/brush collections for Monday February 23rd are CANCELLED. Monday collections will be rescheduled for Wednesday, February 25th. Tuesday routes will have a delayed start. If any Tuesday routes are not completed on February 24th, they will be completed on Saturday, February 28th. Please be assured that your website remains private. Sanitation Services staff will NOT be able to see any of the content on your neighborhood website except for the direct replies to our posts. Please be aware that Nextdoor is not the appropriate way to order roll carts, notify us of a missed collection, request roll cart replacements, etc. If you require assistance, please call 3-1-1.
